We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company details when you create an account. We also collect financial data you choose to connect (Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks) or import (CSV uploads). This data is used solely to provide VentureDeck's services to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to: calculate your SaaS metrics, generate financial forecasts, power AI-driven insights, and display your dashboard. We never sell your data. We never share your financial data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Stripe API to fetch your subscription data).

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security to ensure each user can only access their own data. API keys and tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to client-side code.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can export your data at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and OpenAI (AI features). Each operates under their own privacy policies and processes only the minimum data required.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

7. Your Rights
