By accessing or using VentureDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VentureDeck provides a financial planning and metrics dashboard for SaaS businesses. Features include financial forecasting, metrics tracking, investor reporting, and AI-powered analysis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. You grant VentureDeck a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We will not access your data except as needed to provide support or maintain the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service to harm others.

7. Limitation of Liability

VentureDeck provides financial tools and projections for informational purposes. We are not financial advisors. Our projections, AI insights, and metrics calculations should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
